In 2012, I pled guilty to a felony in Federal Court. I began my Presidential Pardon application (P289760) back in 2017. It has been pending signature since 2020. According to the DOJ Presidential Pardon Records available online, there are currently only 154 "pending" pardon applications older than my 2012 conviction. Possession with intent to distribute marijuana. At the time, personal challenges clouded my judgment.
I am a 56-year-old father of three, married for over 35 years. First responder to NYC during 9/11. Served in the military for 21 years, retiring as an officer in 2008. I truly love my country.
Since my arrest, I have dedicated myself to rehabilitation, community service, and volunteering. Over 7000 hours of volunteering with hospitals, Red Cross, and veteran services. Today, I’m in a great place in life. I truly don’t think I’ve ever been happier. Committed to being the best version of myself. However, I've been pretty outspoken about this administration. Enough, so I would be surprised to see my pardon granted. That's fine. I'd rather wait.
Liz, can you tell me about the pardon of Alex Saab, the alleged bagman for Maduro...was this in your tenure? I recently came across a Frontline doc about him, and the shocking ending focuses on the Saab exchange by the Biden Administration.
Hey Attny Oyer I just got a notice that you followed me?
Seems to be from @ lizoyer1 ~~is that someone pretending to be you ? No avitar just brown translucent circle . I can’t seem to successfully use DM esp to get replies hence the public rep

Aren’t all Pardons Corrupt. You can never have 1 person have absolute power. It does what you would expect it to do. Nobody is immune.
