DOJ has deployed an aggressively obstructionist strategy to avoid accountability for illegal firings and decimate the career workforce. Here's the latest on my lawsuit challenging my removal.

I do have a hard time following legal proceedings but regardless of my understanding it’s so disturbing to hear how unjust the justice department is. All the way to the Supreme Court. Hoping you get your day in court!!
What has been done, and what is continuing to occur is truly unbelievable. My question concerns the not so Supreme Court allowing mass firings. Would the DOJ be covered so to speak from the scotus ruling? Thank you and continue hanging in there. This hell will hopefully end someday.

Considering the trump criminals rigged the election- please read smartelections.us and election truth alliance.Org…they had access to the voting machine software before the 2024 election!!
So, if you win you case, the agency can take the case to the Federal Circuit due to the MSPB lacking a quorum. If the MSPB had a quorum, would they be forced to use the MSPB?

Their cruelty is breathtaking. These are hardworking loyal employees who are in this as acts of patriotism.
